Well the easiest way to make an NPC is to just remodel a citizen or combine soldier with all the same coding. But you have to entirely recode for a nextbot. You have to make sure all of the coding is how you want it, and make sure the model and other physical features all work. I'm sure the king of Lizards has other things to do as well, He probably has to go to school or work Monday through Friday so the only time he gets to work on his projects in on the weekends. Since all addons are free he doesn't earn anything for his hard work. Everyone needs money to be able to survive. Ultimately he can't make these over night.
