Give me reasons why it doesn't look like the Loose Cannon, and I'll give you why it does.

Well, the Loose Cannon doesn't have a flintlock. And not only is this smaller, but considering they're both based out of the same era, it's expected to have things look like a blunderbuss.

It reminds me of a tie between a musket and blunderbuss

It dosen't look like it cause one is a portable cannon and one looks like an ancient pistol cause that's how all of them looked like at that time. i mean seriouslly, even if you try to think of it as a cannon (it is quite possible if you try) it still BARELY looks like it, while loose cannon simply looks 1:1 like a cannon, DUH!

The model is long, and the nozzle is round much like the Loose Cannon's, the particle is a black ball much like the Cannon's.
The wooden handle placement is very resemblant
The metal rings on the weapon itself is resemblant to the Cannon's

If this were a flintlock pistol, (where they can be as small as the flare guns) the barrel would be much, much shorter.

You are right, its not a flintlock pistol. Because thats not what its supposed to be. Its supposed to be a blunderbuss with flintlock features. Besides the nozzle of this gun is more like a musketoon rather than a cannon, its not nearly as large as the Loose Cannon, and it fires musket balls, not cannon balls(which are round like most projectiles are). Also its not a flare gun, nor is it the size of a flare gun, its supposed to be a shotgun for pyro, not a small pistol. Anyways the comparisions are between the two guns are really subtle. Like the fact that they both have wooden handles, that means you can just say that Reserve shooter and Family buisness are clones. The only thing thats resemblent is the nozzle, and maybe the slight color scheme simularity. Otherwise they are completely different kinds of weapons. A shotgun with a larger rounded nozzle and a miniture cannon on a piece of wood.

If this is a blunderbuss, shouldn't use custom animations?
Shotgun animations would be glitchy.
Otherwise flare gun anims looks derpy on it

@Everyone:
First things first, it aint a flintlock, its got some design features similar to one but has a hammer similar to the standard flare gun and is breech loaded. If you find hybrids between real blunderbusses and breechloading shotguns horrifyingly unrealistic then you're playing the wrong game.

Second point, yes it does have some similarities to the LC (dark/round barrel, wooden stock, metal strips). No, none of these make it a clone/rip off of the LC and all of them are due to it being a depiction of a fictional hybrid weapon from a similar time period/ or being from part of the design process (deciding what colors/shapes looked nice etc).

And lastly two designs being created from scratch and ending up with vague similarities does not make the later one a clone of the first one. Try to remember this before you post comments about item x being a copy of item y in the future.
