Where are the carts?

I live almost until winter, but I did not find the carts, where are they? The mod is activated.

I don't think this mod is working, I had the exact same issue. I may have to and reinstall this mod and then try -debug and see if it's a spawnable vehicle.

I've found them in my playthrough, they're just obscenely rare spawns.

They are insanely rare spawns. I just went through Mc Coy Logging (west of Muldraugh) looking for an ax and found 2 trolleys and 3 supermarket carts. So might want to try looking there?
