If you are faced with the fact that you can't get your cart out of the trunk of your car because of its weight, then this method will help you:

Put some sort of container that can accommodate the cart. Then bring the car to this container and reload the cart from the trunk into this container. Then restart the game in debug mode, give yourself a sledgehammer if you don't have it and destroy this container, then for the honesty of the game you can remove the sledgehammer from your inventory again and restart the game not in debug mode. Voila, your cart with the items in it again at you (If you already have a sledgehammer, I think this trick can be pulled off even without debug mode).

P.S. If it happened on your server, in multiplayer, the order of actions is the same, but give yourself an admin instead of debug mode
