A suggestion: Trolleys should make sound

I have found a solution if a loaded cart is stuck in the trunk of the car

does it can spawn in modded maps?

Trolley & Carts cloning when climbing high fences while pushing it (Multiplayer)

When climbing a fence with it equipped it spawns a second trolley/cart where the player climbed. I haven't been able to perform it but other players on my server were able to do that.
