I dont know how to find it.
I am not sure how to open this map so i hope someone can help me.

Try to find a file by the name arena_3008v1, then copy it and paste into maps
If you go to steam then workshop you should find it

usually at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\440
search your 440 folder for arena_3008v1, then look up
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\maps
and paste it here

to play just open the console and enter map arena_3008v1 and press enter

Is there i sever for it?
i mean for the map i can join.
