!nominate in chat lists every available map. !nominate followed by any map name like infinite will automatically finish the name. Or an example is !nominate cp_ pulls up a list of cp maps. After you nominate it will be added to the next rtv pool. To start an rtv type !rtv after that if you are alone on the server your vote will switch the map to a map of your choosing. Alternatively anytime I'm on i can switch the map any time and last and definitely least. The in game vanilla vote system lists maps too but you have to finish the server's game timer for that system to work I believe.
