Hello guys! Sorry to bring an old thread alive... but i cant find the static TVs in the buildings because everything is empty... already saw a few videos of the quest and they have the furnitures, tvs, etc... but i dont...

Do i need to download something else for the map?

You don't need to download anything, the videos you're watching are probably quite old. the TVs are on the bottom floor of one of the penthouses in Miral.
