My version is stuck in 1.8.0.0
So when ( try to join my server it said server using 1.14.1.0 while you have 1.8.0.0 . I have uninstalled the map and uninstalled/reinstalled untuned. Can anyone hep?

Have you doublechecked that you dont have any other instances of the mod installed in your workshop folder directory?
(workshop>content>304930)
When you get to that directory you'll see folders named after numbers, these are all your mods, you can see which mod is which by opening each numbered folder. If you uninstall Kuwait and there's still a version there, maybe that's your issue.

i tryed that alrealdy the verson said 1.14.1.0 , but when i start to load in it said v1,8,0,0
