I was trying to play on Kuwait today with my friends on Unturned but when I booted up the server it said that it was "Unable to determine UGC type for downloaded item." We just played two days ago with no problems, and it just broke today. It says this when it boots up:

It also says on the server screen on the actual game itself that workshop is disabled. I tried app updating steamcmd, putting "Workshop": true, into the WorkshopDownloadConfic.json files, and copying the map files into the (ServerName)/Workshop/Maps directory. I run on windows by the way.
