Must be a mod conflict or something, this is a normal rp_downtown version.

you might've spawned in an npc and forgot to undo the npc or something, i haven't seen a black figure since i've downloaded this map

thats strange this is just RP_DOWNTOWN_V2 you probably just spawned in an npc and forgot to remove it.

Are You Kidding Me??? You don't know about the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Ghost? This map was edited to be haunted.
