Can you name the specific Serbian leaders or is it all of them?

All of them (country leaders, some army leaders too), plus Italian leader under Austrian protection (Don't remember his name, mb victor emmanuel)

I can't seem to replicate your problem. Make sure you're running Moeredux and NOT Moereich at the same time, and also make sure you're playing Kaiserredux and NOT Kaiserreich.
If you could, please post a screenshot of your problem on Imgur or something, as I can't seem to find why this would be happening.

Ah, i see. Idk why but when i'm turned off "Player led-peace conferences", "state transfer tool" or "More Country Custom paths", mod begins work properly. So nevermind, ty for answer.

Petko Miletic, the totalist leader of Yugoslavia (puppeted by Totalist France) has his vanilla Kaiserredux portrait.

Tim Buck, the totalist leader of Canada doesn't have a portrait either.

Latest update should have resolved those problems.

I made a comment, but I'll make another one here cause it seems like a more appropriate place to put it, but both of the Evola portraits are base Ride the Tiger

Someone else made a comment above about this and evidently it might have something to do with having extra mods enabled. I don't know why those mods break the Evola portrait specifically, but it's probably due to how disorganized and busted KX is with portraits.
Regardless, I play with Player-Led Peace Conferences myself and have never encountered any issues.

Since the portrait there is a silhouette and not a Placeholder-chan, the portrait missing is not my fault, but the fault of the KX devs.

Kaiserredux updated, seems the notification icons are bugged
