(Turbulent and Noisy) will decay since apparently this was a design choice by the old devs, the balance of the game is kinda whack at the moment and I also been working on the new promotion system entirely to better suit Arknights aesthetic

There is a bug where you can gacha characters even if you raise and withdraw Gacha Coins. In other words, infinite gacha is possible without consuming gacha coins.

Alrighty I will check that, if im correct it have something to do with the originite prime
