I think its time to start implementing some additional changes to the starting positions.

My initial plans include:

- Making Carthage owner of Corsica, and African coast, except for two Libya regions.
- Carthago Nova will own Iberian regions.
- Adjustments to settlement buildings so Carthage is well estabilished trading empire at the start of the game

- Making Macedon more survivable by strenghtening its starting armies
- modifying settlement buildings and port for Athens, Alexandria and other influential cities.
