What you want to see added!?
Please post in next order:

1. Name of Titular Duchy
2. Link to Wikipedia(either duchy itself or to a city it is made for, with appropriate mention) or another historical source.

Correct entries will be added in next update.

NOTE: i do not plan to add Titular Kingdoms or Empires yet. At current stage duchies only. Some will use special titles, like Prince for Dauphine or Marquisse for Montmorancy and etc

3. (not sure if this should be here) but maybe a over haul of ck2, I liked some of the features of CK2 plus, but I'm sad that It can't be used since the update with rajas of india, so some of the good features that where in it are now lost, unless the creator (i think he/she no longer cares about it, unless it be you dorimi) updates it. :(

Duchy of Mantua. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duchy_of_Mantua)
It's fairly old, and it survived well into the 17th century, so it should be in there.

Titular North Sea Empire. This is what the domain of Cnanute the Great of England, Norway, and Denmark was called. It would be nice for Harald Hardrade's conquests too.

Actually, that would be pretty bad since "North Sea Empire" is a historiographical term used to describe the various kingdoms and territories ruled by Knut; nobody at that time called it an "Empire" and Knut never styled himself as "emperor". Its kinda the same situation with the "Angevin Empire", a term often used to describe the holdings of the Plantagenets in both England and the continent, but wich was never an empire.
