The example he gave was the "ear-ringing" sound in Source... I'm not sure what would be the best option to replace it with, but I like the idea.
Maybe being able to faintly hear the sound that plays when the show cuts to a character's view would be a nice addition too ;o

You guys can do it yourself. Download a sound recorder, record the sound you want, replace the sound in the gmod file (after converting it to the appropriate format), done.
