Things to Improve Thread
- If the other Lazarus is given an item that *directly* grants consumables (coins, bombs, keys, etc.) he will not receive them.

- Integrate with Mod Menu

- The other Lazarus is currently not granted a glitch item if a glitch item is picked up.

- Satanic Bible boss items currently grant the other Lazarus a regular boss item.
