Yes, that relic is specifically coded to unlock only when a run is completed with the Snecko Eye, so this mod will not unlock it. Apologies!

Is this why Watcher is still locked for me? Is it hardcoded or w/e so you can't get her early?

Watcher SHOULD be unlocked, I'll look into this

The only thing I can think of, if you haven't and aren't already working on it, is that while this mod gives the achievement for all endings, what unlocks watcher is winning a run when all 3 previous characters have already been unlocked, and it didn't give me any of the "Win a run with (character)" achievement and this might be the trigger for the character becoming available.
