it actually is disowned by RWS, they arent legally responsible for its creation anymore

Well, i guess Postal 4 IS RWS postal 3 in a way? because i know postal 3 (the ♥♥♥♥ one) was built by some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ russian company and it sucked ♥♥♥♥.
