If you walk above the item in the shop it gives you a horse pill free, if you want another pill you have to eat the pill the item gives you free (idk if this still happening if you already have a horse pill with you)

yeah its b/c of the method I used to detect when the player picks up the item, so I can spawn a pill on pickup, fixed now.

I was playing with a friend and they picked up this item as player 2, however regular pills spawned unless she took an item that spawned a pill like little baggy or mom's purse.

Similar issue as the one above except i was playing single player as Jakob & Esau and I gave the item to esau but only normal pills were spawning. I used the giveitem command and it gave the item to jakob which made it function as intended.
