Scramble goggles Idea
Make sort of a scramble goggles so it prevents the rage.

there's still a fun capability, it gives a feel. keep it away if you want, someones gonna re-make the mod eventually.

You could probably just make your own. Just like.. When you have it on it finds all NPCS, and if it's 096 then just put a sprite where its head is and put an invisible prop before the head so it doesn't trigger.

yes but sadly imax has spent the same amount of time telling us its useless needed for implementing it but hes just that kind of developer
