I've seen you deleted this post - so... I suppose the issue has been resolved?
Anyways - classic SLRR moment.
Perhaps some kind of a physics error, never encountered this error myself so I don't really know.
Another thing that *could* be causing this issue is the load order of the mods. I update this almost all the time since I have nothing to do but mess around in SLRR lmao
