P90 | Scorpius Reborn - Refill don't have skin WTF?

I buy this https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/market/listings/730/P90%20%7C%20Desert%20Warfare%20%28Factory%20New%29
and at pictures p90 is with skin of refill !
I buy it and after 10/20 minutes i see, no skin on refill? WTF Valve why scam me with fake pictures?

Valve cant fully process all parts of the skin, sometimes things can mess up.
