I like the mod overall but I do have a small problem with Cadaver's Left Eye, it's very clearly just a retextured Magic Skin if possible I would really like to see it be more unique.
Also do you plan on making a tainted version of him ?

I agree, Cadaver's Left Eye was a bit lazy. I did all the graphics myself for this and they are definitely not my strong suit so I did take some shortcuts. It's possible I could update it.

I don't have a Tainted Version in mind yet but I am going to keep it in the back of my head since a few people have asked about it.

This is actually a pretty interesting Character. However, I'd make the fixed fire rate for Cadaver apply to a tainted version, move the soul (beat hush and boss rush), Cadaver's left eye (you got the boss unlock right) golden soul (beat a custom challenge), and rotten chest (beat mega ♥♥♥♥♥) to this tainted version, and add a few more items for each remaining unlock.

The original idea was for this character to match the normal Tainted character unlock pattern, but I could not determine a reliable way to detect when Greedier was beaten (for some reason, it doesn't trigger any events like most enemies do). Same story for Boss Rush.

There is no built in way to add achievements / unlocks / completion marks. Everything I'm doing is custom-built so that's why there's some differences and strangeness.

I have a custom challenge on my mind though, so it's possible that could come in the future.

If you're interested I tried to come up with an idea for how the tainted version could work (I've never moded anything so sorry if this is impossible/too hard to make).
Design wise he would be even more decomposed to the point that even his other eye no longer works. Becouse of this he can no longer fire tears but he has another way to attack, first is that every now and then he produces blue flies (up to 5) and the second is a poison aura that surrounds him (alternativly instead of an aura it could be a poisonous breath that's kinda like Soy Milk on Azazel's Brimstone). The poison damage given to the enemies by the aura is influanced by his attack stat, the size of the aura depends on your range and fire rate determins how quickly the poison deals damage (If it's a breath instead then it would be mostly normal).

Super minor thing, but Isaac's typical naming scheme for playable characters is either a biblical name (Isaac, Samson, Bethany), or a title starting with "The" (The Forgotten, The Lost, The Keeper). Would it make more sense to name the character "The Cadaver" rather than "Cadaver"?

I see yor point but personaly I think that just Cadaver sounds better then The Cadaver

what about giving stapler to cadaver instead just dmg up? that can fix visibility of one-eyed shooting and damage wil stay (almost?) same. thx

The fixed tear rate idea sounds interesting in concept, but god it just makes the game so agonizingly slow.
And in case anyone was curious, soy milk gives you a small damage up, but in the long run im pretty sure its just totally detrimental and screws up any following damage up. It's an immediate run killer.

Yeah, main issue with this character I've found is that some items interact very badly with the fixed tear rate and become run killers. Soy and Almond milk for sure, Monstro's Lung was also a massive damage down, etc. While this is part of the challenge obviously, it makes Curse of the Blind very debilitating.

Also, how common are Rotten Chests + how often do they drop items? I've found two of them across two runs and both of them dropped an item.

It will be coming in a future update - I'm working on Tainted Cadaver and his unlocks at the moment.
