PLotR_2.00
Gameplay in a shortcut
Gameplay in PLotR 2.0 bases on development trees. Imagine levelling up your character im MMO games. It works in the same way here. When you choose your class in the development tree, you have to pay for it. How to earn money? There are many ways. Some of them are already known for many players who played Persistent World previously. For those who didn’t, here is an explanation: you can earn money simply by cutting trees or going to mine with your pickaxe. Once you have some resources from either of those ways, you can go the closest city and sell it in the stockpile. Of course, there are many more possibilities than just cutting trees or visiting mines, but both these are really simple.

Now you know how to earn money in the old, PW ways. Remember it is possible only on certain maps. On most of them, mainly the ones basing on PLotR 2.0 vanilla gameplay type, it is completely different.
Coming back to choosing your class. PLotR 2.0 classes are different than those from PW. They are way more expensive, but once you have choose one of them, the default equipment stays with you even after you die in game.
Every faction offers you completely different development tree. If you want to know more about specific ones, visit these links: https://www.moddb.com/mods/persistent-lord-of-the-rings-plotr/news/gondor-trees-release

How to earn money in PLotR 2.0?
The first one is to kill enemy bots. The demanding one bases on quest system. In order to find a quest for yourself, look for the bots with specific names on friendly maps. By talking to them you can learn something useful and gain a quest. Once you finish it, they are going to pay you.
Killing enemy boots seems easy to you, right?
If it is the case, I strongly recommend visiting the dungeons. It is worth doing, as by finishing the dungeon you can gain access to special items hidden in dungeon chests. Some of these items are available only that way.

How to leave the current server and save your character?
If you want to change your current map and save your character, look for signposts with “travel” subtitle. Once you get close to that object and see a button suggesting leaving the realm, press F and wait a couple of seconds.
