I'll look into this but the way the boosters work should affect all newly spawned heroes the exact same way, there's no reason wizards would be excluded from it. Keep in mind the boosters don't affect heroes that already exist when the booster building was completed.
I noticed 1 time that that boosters didn't affect heros stats. Didn't test it more
ring of protection building is built but newly spawned barbarian didn't get it. Barbarian was spawned after RoP building built
UPD. okay it just doesn't appear on items list. stats get changed
UPD. actually no hero learns fireball
UPD. I see, only when heroes get lvl x they get the spell. Same goes for fireball I assume.
Yeah each spell requires the hero to be at the correct level before it is usable.
