I see it as a good thing, that means if someone pulls a battle scarred, they don't go "darn, it's not factory new". I just see it as no matter what, you'll be satisfied regardless of the ware you get. personally I like this concept in the first iteration of the warpaint.

Problem is, it goes against the entire wear system in the first place, which is one of the major selling points of skins. That's why not a single warpaint accepted into the game is heavily worn in factory new quality. If you want to make a warpaint that looks good regardless of wear, then choose the right consistent muted colors or stick to a particular theme.

Let's look at a a warpaint that looks good at all wears.

I will be using boneyard as an example.

This is done by making lower wears look good, and not higher wears looking like lower wears.

You have made everything look battle scarred
