ARK can`t see double quotes posted as pair of solitary quotes. E.g. use shift+quotes key to type correct quotes. Double-typing button without shift causes incorrect command.

this command summons him tamed at level 150

I can't spawn either. I tried it with your comments it doesn't work, then I tried it with: admincheat Summon Godzilla_Character_BP_C so that he at least shows me in the chat that he wants to spawn something, but nothing comes.
