i cant find any godzilla's or other kaiju
how do i make him not a rare spawn

This command will klll all NPC in singleplayer, within a hour they will respawn, especially modded ones who could interfere with each other. Finally, it is possible to increase number and spawn rate of dinos in settings and in ini-files. Search for titanosaurus spawn rates and number. Godzilla is disabled on extinction due to overspawning, maybe because extinction features at least 5 active bosses at given time.

ok so i increase titan spawn rate and that should help i play in valguero witch godzilla can spawn on bc i know as riot plays on that map and he found a godzilla

Maybe simple spawners mod or any other mod with customizable spawns. I play with a few dozens mods on weak PC, many youtubers play with hundreds and thousands of mods on "NASA PCs", among them - quality of life mods. If Godzilla still can`t spawn, try simple spawners mod.
