All they have to do is change the texture a bit and give it a vague name and they will be fine to re-upload. The same thing happened with the Indominus Rex when they first uploaded it.

Well, in Garuga's IRex case he only changed it because it was going to become a sponsored mod and it can't have copyrighted content for that to happen.
