If anyone wants to tame Rodan, you tame it by shooting it with fire (creature or item) but you can’t knock it out or it won’t tame

taming effectiveness starts to go down after some seconds if you don't keep hitting with fire

Also be careful when you ride one as it launches itself up quite high and you could end up getting Ark’d by the sky barrier
