If you have Ablative Armor installed , it will prevent damage voice line from being played when wearing armor.

You got a screenshot or video?The bugs that you're describing didn't happen in my gmod at all.

I notice Ayato, Keqing, Klee, Lumine, Mona, Rosaria, and Zhongli NPC voices went total silent and only attack voice played when using its playermodel
