Game settings are all max, all the map settings result in the same thing, missing walls and stuff

I meant your map options. (IE Sunny, Heist, Sandbox)

Are you playing on a local copy or the original workshop installation? What other mods do you have enabled?

I am playing the original workshop installation, same thing happens even with disabling all my mods

If you are playing with a controller and then get in hunted mode the helicopter wont spawn until you move with the keyboard
