It would be really nice a regenerate option, can add slow or fast regeneration (slow regeneration is cooler), enable regeneration, disable regeneration.

My idea of regeneration would basically just be a undefined amount of life serum in every limb, since regeneration would make you nearly immortal anyways.

apparently they cant because the game creators would have to add limb regeneration themselves I've seen this in other mods

that's already in the game. the changelogs have mentioned that humans can slowly regenerate. also, they said "My idea of regeneration would basically just be a undefined amount of life serum in every limb, since regeneration would make you nearly immortal anyways." life serum is ingame, and mods have done crazier things.
