To ensure its effectiveness, the database must be maintained (well, I imagine so), so here is someone named Bjur... (proof here in a short YouTube video https://youtube.com/shorts/dxSB2vF1Ssg ) In order not to be arbitrary or too harsh, let's say that after 3 complaints against a player, his name will be listed if the author of the tool agrees.
