FIXES
-Fixed overlays
-Enabled the tree's shadow in mid
-Sewed a displacement on a crate in A

GAMEPLAY
-Car on bottom A has been clipped partially. Now Ts can walk on the car (there is no need to jump) close to the wall so they can't be seen from window.
-Removed collisions of a trim and prop in CTs route to B (broken window room)
-Changed the size of the panting area of A. The bomb can't be planted from above the handrails

VISUAL
-Revised light sprites in order to improve the mood in some places (v.g lit tunnel, skylight drop, stairs to main A...)
-Modified the prostprocess filter in order to increase the contrast level a bit more so the map is more readable
-Added few elements to CT spawn. The light helps spotting snipers from below (lits paint) and points towards the map, which will be helpful for those playing Rails for the first time (cover positions).
-Added a shadow_control
-Modified some lights and lightmaps in T route to A
-Increased the ammount of snow in bombsite A displacements. Changed concrete floor on the top of A stairs for some snow. This will give a more dramatic feeling once the player leaves CT spawn corridor
-Increased the color of the floor texture in CT spawn corridor and changed the values of the specular map to get rid of the old red color.
-Added some painted wood planks in the end of short B, close to bombsite, to improve readability. There is also a metal plank on a close corner. Both corners can now be used easily for callouts (i.e wood & metal)
-Modified some cloth textures on fences so the light coming from the other side is seen in both sides
-Removed some garbage decals
