It is very easy to do, follow these instructions but take notice you will have to do this after each update i make but it is done in 20 seconds so easy.

Very Simple open the mod which is named 2519175282 located in the workshop folder of this game there goto localization and open the language folder you use in most cases english in that folder simply remove all the tooltipframework files which should be 9 in total or just remove the ones you dont want. Just remember that you have to do this each time I update though.
