Feature request: disable raiders completely
So there I am, just minding my own business in my base and all of a sudden the character says something like "what was that?", so I grab my trusty crowbar to bash a zombie's head in. I walk around the corner and get torn to shreds by 5 raiders with shotguns blasting me instantly.

You might say that this is to be expected, but the settings I used seemed to disable raiders already, because if raider spawn is disabled why would the game force some in after x days regardless?

Now I have a "Groundhog Day" like situation where I restore my save from yesterday evening, load in, try to grab a gun (because I don't play much with them and my skills show this) and SOMEHOW beat the dudes that never should have been there in the first place.

There could be an option under the "Raider event guaranteed" dropdown with "never" or something like that.

Addendum: I barely survived but now get daily raids despite the settings.

This is already a feature. If you go to Raiders start spawning after this many days select "Never"

Read the post and look at the settings.

should chance for random raiders to spawn also be on never?

It should but it can't because "very low" is the lowest setting available. You can choose from "Very High" to "Very Low" :bleach:

The other settings don't matter if you have after this many days set to "Never." I should probably refactor all these settings because it's really confusing.

Well, as it stands now, the settings in the screenshot still lead to daily raids, so yes, they seem to matter, even though they should be completely disabled. That's why I asked for you to make a "disable all raiders" checkbox which prohibits raider spawn. Would this be possible on short notice, especially given the "immortal raider" problems some people have?

The settings from the screenshot above, which are exactly like you commented on the mod itself a few minutes ago, have lead to this SurvivorOptions.lua in the mod folder:
SpawnRate 8 WifeSpawn 1 LockNLoad 1 GunSpawnRate 2 WepSpawnRate 5 HostileSpawnRate 1 MaxHostileSpawnRate 1 InfinitAmmo 2 NoPreSetSpawn 2 SafeBase 2 FindWork 1 SurvivorHunger 2 SurvivorFriendliness 1 RaidersAtLeastHours 20 RaidersAfterHours 23 RaidersChance 5 Bravery 1 SSHotkey1 6 SSHotkey2 13 SSHotkey3 19 SSHotkey4 24 DebugOptions 2

Ok, there's a bug somewhere here. "RaidersAfterHours 23" is incorrect, the correct value for "Never" should be 22. Update it to that in the file itself and it should fix.

Wow, yeah this is a bug, somebody messed up the math. I'll post a fix tonight.

Specifically, as it stands right now the "Never" option is mislabeled as "after 100 days". I'm going to post an update that fixes but for now setting it to 100 days should stop the raids.

Done! I hope it works now.

In my settings I had "Never" set, but now after the "22" thing it seems to have changed to "After 100 days", so I think the "RaidersAfterHours" was the culprit here.

Thank you once again, even if this does not work.
