Some of my ideas would be (I'm making them without thinking of how balanced they are):
- Add Duality to Blesssing of Options - It would make it a lot more powerful but it fits the theme
- Blessing of Transformation/Mutation - Grants a random transformation for the currrent floor
- Blessing of Health - All pills become good and big for the floor
- Blessing of Infinity - Gives you either golden bomb or key at the start of the floor

- Blessing of Simplicity: Opposite of Curse of the Labyrinth. Generates an "XS" floor, with fewer rooms than normal.

- Blessing of Aegis: Grants immunity to spikes, creep, and bombs.

- Blessing of Fortune: Guarantees an arcade. Increased chance for machines and beggars to pay out.

I would say that's actualy not that good unless you're trying to beat the game really fast, if you want to min-max with some items like D6 it would just make things worse

How about Blessing of protection - The Wafer effect for the current floor.

I feel like having both a blessing with holy mantle and another one with wafer is too much so if it had to be implemented I think that it should either completly replace Fortitude or be fused with it but I feel like that's way to OP.
No clue how balanced or easy to implement these would be, but I'm just throwing some ideas out here that I think would be neat.


Blessing of Light (Curse of Darkness equivalent) - Makes enemies (and maybe also holes?) glow white to make them easier to spot in dark backdrops. (friggin' spiders in the curse room/sheol!) Also lights up dark rooms in Mines/Ashpit. (if that's too weak, maybe it could also give you Holy Light for the floor too or something?)

Blessing of Guidance (Curse of the Maze equivalent) - Spawns portals in the starting room that teleport you to various special rooms, just like Card Reading, except all 3 portal types spawn (and maybe don't disappear after leaving the room?).

Blessing of David (Curse of the Giant equivalent) - All rooms (save certain exceptions i.e. boss rooms/greed mode/home/etc.) are normal sized. Additionally, enemies who would spawn as champions are instantly killed (or heavily damaged), and bosses are damaged for a fair bit (more if they're also champions).

Blessing of the Blessed (Curse of the Cursed equivalent) - 50% chance to heal for a (half?) heart upon clearing a room. Additionally, the spikes on the curse room door are removed, similarly to if you had Flat File.

Blessing of Forgiveness - Your Devil Deal chance becomes 0% for the floor, while your Angel Deal chance becomes 100%, regardless of how many Devil Deals you've visited or taken. This chance cannot go below 50%, even when doing things like taking red heart damage in the boss room. (Duality works as normal outside of the minimum chance of 50%.)

I think that if someone was actually going for Devil Deals, they would find that quite aggravating. Giving the player Duality for the floor, so they are given a choice, would be better.

My idea would be Blessing of the Believer, which would give a high chance for a deal based on what you did on your previous deals. If you ignored the first Devil Deal, it'd give you 100% Angel Deal chance. If you went into the first Devil Deal but didn't take it, it'd give you 100% chance + Duality. If you took a Devil Deal, it'd give you 100% Devil Deal chance.

This blessing can only occur between Caves and Womb II, and only if the chance is lower than 100%.

Also, a few other ideas:

Blessing of The Orb: Assures minimum quality 3 items on every item on the floor. This blessing would be EXTREMELY RARE, otherwise it'd be really broken.

Blessing of Variety: Would spawn 3 different types of special room that can naturally spawn. This would include Libraries, Dice Rooms, Bedroooms, Planetariums and Vaults. The quality of these rooms, as well as which variety (Dirty/Clean Bedroom, Dice Numbers, etc) is still random.

Blessing of Accessibility: Would open ALL doors. Secret rooms, special rooms, Boss Rush, Hush, Mega Satan. Cursed Rooms have no spikes (Goes against Blessing of the Blessed, I guess). Would also have a 50% chance of opening a Red Room door on room clear.

Blessing of the Keeper: This one is kinda weird. Shops are now similar to how Tainted Keeper gets them, despite ther Donation number (You can also give the player Restock if you feel this one's too UP). Devil Deals and Devil Treasure rooms both cost money rather than health. Cursed Rooms cost money to enter, similar to the Pay To Play challenge. Pennies are doubled. Greed WON'T spawn anywhere, be it on the Shop or on secrret rooms.

Blessing of the Soul: Soul Hearts have a higher chance of appearing and will Always be full instead of Half.

Blessing of Haste (Rare): All enemies on the current floor will be slowed, ala the Stop Watch's effect.

Blessing of the Harbingers: Only appears on a floor when a Horseman is the boss. Causes a 2nd Item to be dropped that's themed around the slain Horseman along with the Cube of Meat or Ball of Bandages. Famine drops Fly items, Pestilence drops a "Bob" item or anything else that inflicts poison, War drops Explosives, "Rage" related items like Bloody Lust or Mars, which visually turns you into War and Death drops "Dead/Bone" Items, the Hourglass, or rarely, Death's Touch.

If the boss is the Headless Horseman, the 2nd Item is a Devil Room Item. If the Boss is Conquest, the 2nd Item is an Angel Room Item.


Blessing of the Dealer: Taking Red Heart damage won't lower the odds of getting a Devil or Angel Deal for the floor.

:steamthis: Was going to suggest something like this but with the difference that instead of chance-based it was guaranteed every 2-4 rooms.

few other ideas:

Blessing of Restoration - after boss killed all hearts lost during the boss fight would be restored including blue and black ones (not sure about white and golden tho).
If it feels too weak then maybe all health loss on the floor but without exceeding a currently available cap.

Blessing of Scavenging (maybe there is a better word but that the first that come to mind) - after the boss killed the second item spawned, and you can take both.

Maybe merged variation of them would be more interesting, like if boss killed without taking damage at all second item spawned but if not simply health restore.

Blessing of Attention/Discovery - randomly spawns tinted rock in some room, guaranteed crawl space under it, or first bombed tinted rock will spawn crawl space or simply reveal crawl space upon entering the room with it. Also upon entering a room connected to a secret/super secret room it will be revealed (possibly one-time effect so if you found one of them, the second will not be revealed). To make it stronger maybe guarantee to spawn secret room item upon that room entering.

Blessing of Power: Grant the Bloody lust, Lusty blood and Bloody gust effect for the floor, if playing as samson, grant a soul of samson instead of bloody lust
