Any known mods that can cause the camera to get limited to a certain radius?

Basically what happens when I Spawn the mech or armor in the Camera can get limited to a certain radius relative to where I'm looking and not the full unrestricted radius like normal.
If it doesn't happen if I Spawn and despawn multiple mechanics it'll happen after the 3rd or 4th one.
