So:
no upgrades.
10% slower build.
Faster turn.
strong as level 2 sentry
150 to build.
Sticks anywhere.
I wonder the possibility of a jarate shooting sentry? (I'm starting to like this even better. No damage, just jarate, infinite ammo, non healable, sticks anywhere)
On 2nd level it could shoot mini-stick-bombs in a small range, stickies are triggered on sapping or when enemy get inside that range.
Other thing I thought was something like +150% faster firing rate, -75% damage.
The engineer would have to shoot the sentry's suction cup to dislatch it.
Mini-Sticky: Fires small sticky bombs that do 75% damage of stock stickies. Right-click Wrangler detonates like Scottish Resistance
Jarate Dispenser: Squirts Jarate at enemies that lasts 3/4 of the regular Jarate. Can be reloaded by Snipers by right-clicking with Jarate in hand
Both still fire regular bullets (like Lv.3 Rocket/Turret) but 10% slower
I'd use this
Level one has no weapon, but plays sound that only the engineer can hear if it detects an enemy (Suction cup base).
+75% swivel speed.
Silent.
Level two has one level two chaingun and needs to spin up before firing.
The animation transition between levels one and two remove the suction cup and drill into whatever surface it's planted on.
Level three has a larger, minigun-design chaingun.
The gun is unremovable now from its position, as more drills have been embedded into whatever surface it occupies.
The engineer still hears the beep when the sentry spots an enemy, and the enemy can hear the gun spin up before firing.
