Logical stats suggestion
Valve won't add these stats anyway but here goes. Just my two cents:

Pros:
+50% max ammo on wearer
+Does 10% more damage

Cons:
-10% slower movement speed on wearer
-15% slower reload time
-20% slower firing speed
