Maxis Side:

1: Build power and turn it on

2: Pick up the radio on a bench in the help room near the teleporter

3: Turn off the power on an identical power switch near the one you just built. WARNING: Doing this step will mean you can no longer do the longer Samantha side of the egg.

Free ray gun easter egg: Shoot the tombstone on a shelf (eye level) in the help room near the power switch. Shoot the tombstone that appeared outside map near the bars in spawn. A free ray gun will spawn on the ground near the bars after about a minute.

4: Shoot 3 pedestals in a specific order with the ray gun. They will turn blue and glow.

Pedestal locations: Behind a barrel in the help room down at the far end of the room | upstairs near widows wine | in spawn near quick revive in the corner.

5: Pick up 3 skulls around the map

Skull locations: On the broken wall upstairs near the cabinet | upstairs outside the window barrier on the balcony (you can climb out of the window at the top of the stairs) near doubletap | on the floor near widows wine.

6: Place the skulls on the pedestals in a specific order

7: Acquire the wunder waffe (death machine power up drop which has a 50/50 chance to give you the wunder waffe or the death machine)

8: Shoot the wunder waffe at the satellite on top of the spire tower to power it up.

9: Amplify the antenna

Teleport to the spire tower (teleporter has a chance of bringing you there) and press use to amplify the signal.

10: Survive and kill zombies for about 2 minutes.

11: Teleport to the spire tower again and pick up the nav card.

You will then be granted perkoholic. End of Maxis side.

Samantha side:

1: Pick up the radio after turning on power

2: Pick up the disc on the outside balcony upstairs (you can climb out the window at the top of the stairs)

3: Place the disc into the music player downstairs near the shield table.

4: Knife three symbols on the outside balcony in order: Moon | Female symbol | Triangle

5: Place the tablets on the "spawn power up" pedestal on the outside balcony

6: Pick up the 3 skulls around the map (same locations)

7: Place the skulls on the 3 pedestals (same locations)

8: Pick up the vrill device on the outside balcony.

9: Use the vrill device to power up the skulls on the pedestals. Press use on them. (They will turn into a blue glow)

10: Open the gateway

Teleport to the spire tower and hold use to open the gateway. Survive for about 2 minutes and kill zombies.

11: Teleport to the spire tower again to obtain perkaholic.

Press use at the spire tower to fade to black and obtain perkaholic.

Extended Samantha Easter Egg

12: Press use on 5 buttons around the map in a specific order

Button locations: In spawn on the side of a window barrier near quick revive | On the ceiling above the spawn staircase | Under the shelf in the help room near the power switch | On a pillar in the help room near a window | On a pillar near the broken wall in the middle upstairs.

13: Click use on the Samantha doll in spawn near quick revive on the ground in the light.

14: Shoot 5 Samantha dolls

Locations: On the barbed wire fence outside the map near the bars in spawn | On the barbed wire fence outside the map near the bars in spawn this time towards the right | upstairs above doubletap in a hole | on the outside balcony on a railing by the stairs | in the pack a punch room (can be shot from downstairs near quick revive) on a railing.

15: Pick up reward from where you originally clicked on the doll in spawn near quick revive. Then go through the purple portal in the help room inside the hole in the wall.

Note: This next part of the egg was a little confusing so apologies if the accuracy is a bit off.

16: Pick up empty canister after touching the pyramid

After entering the portal your screen will go black and white. Head into the help room and there will be a pyramid. Pick up the empty canister near the pyramid and place it into the pyramid.

17: End the round enter the portal and start the sequence

Click use in front of the pyramid and start the sequence. This will begin a lock down for about 2 minutes. Survive.

18 Pick up empty canister #2

On some boxes in the help room near jugg pick up another empty canister and place it where the pyramid is.

19: Click on "locate sequence" where the pyramid should be

20: Go through the purple portal in the help room (you can climb into the broken wall debris)

21: Activate sequence upstairs near widows wine

Survive the lock down for 2 minutes

22: Pick up empty canister #3 near widows wine and place it into the pyramid.

23: Go through the purple portal in the help room in the debris.

24: Press "start the sequence on the pyramid"

You can then play shuffle cup on a table next to it. If you choose wrong, zombies and dogs will spawn in which you have to survive for a period of time. (Its the cup on the right)

25: Pick up empty canister #4

On the table near the pyramid canister #4 will spawn. Place it in the pyramid.

26: Place vrill device in pyramid

Doing this will spawn Samantha. Survive for about a minute.
