Bugs and suggestions

Hi.
When using these platforms, I noticed that the passengers slightly sink into the ground (not to the waist, but to the soles). Can this be fixed?

I also noticed that on platforms with an underpass, passengers in the 3rd stage hover above the stairs. Perhaps narrow the width of the steps a little?
