So.. im using this mod but m not really sure i understand it. So please help.

i used the anarchy on to place a row of trees in a park, really close to a fence.
and then i added hedges "in" the fence.

next time i loaded game it was gone.

do i need to have Anarchy on at all times after placing the props?
i really hope not because i hate the fact that i have to delete trees when placing down roads when anarchy is on..

is there a setting im missing?
