Problem with tree snapping

Every time i load my city every tree load at different hight then when I saved the city. It also used to happen with the old "tree snapping mod". This is very annoing becouse I have to manually select every tree and move it to the original position. Is a mod problem or there are some uncompatibility with other mods?
