first, type debug into the commands.After that one command goes: type annex and if you hover the mouse over the country you want to annex there should be a 3 letters like GER for Germany or USA for the United States. Example, "annex ger". Another to switch countrys is "tag ger" with that same three letter sequence each country has. Lastly would be "setowner ger" you can do this command by clicking on the state or tile you want your country to have and then typing your own countrys three digit sequence number thing like you do in every other command.
