Pop doubling not working as intended?

What I see in game:
1 double population deposit: 1 pop represents 2 pops, max districts reduction 50%
2 double population deposit: 1 pop represents 3 pops, max districts reduction 75%
3 double population deposit: 1 pop represents 4 pops, max districts reduction 87.5%
4 double population deposit: 1 pop represents 5 pops, max districts reduction 93.75%
5 double population deposit: 1 pop represents 6 pops, max districts reduction 96.875%

I'm at x5 Double Population deposit and all I get is 130%x5 bonus production, not x32
(The bonus is listed as 650% on jobs that gets the bonus)

True, I once against forgot that Stellaris just adds bonuses to the base. It has been fixed.

Nice, looks better now, but are there any way you can add the bonus on top of the normal bonuses?
A 32 pops worth of Metallurgist needs 5*32 base production before/after normal bonuses, if not I'm missing out on more than 150% of bonuses.
So 160 Alloy production should be closer to 400, thats a big difference, right?

I can include some building modifiers, like ministry of production, or tech modifiers. But stuff like stability, I don't think so. Small differences really add up on higher levels. I'll try to minimise that as much as possible.
