What this addon does is enhance the hurt/death sounds when a npc gets hurt or dies
but with this addon enabled those sounds dont play anymore.
As far as conflicts go, the only thing I've found so far is Arctic's Stims heal your health but not body parts, creating a potentially troublesome health discrepancy (though presumably anything that overheals would do this too, like Admin Ball or Onion SWEP, and I didn't test any of the Crash or Necrosis stims). Ablative Armor works fine. VManip Armor Plates I didn't test, but I don't think it will conflict since what those do is increase the suit/armor battery.
Adventure maps definitely aren't balanced for the changes (though they seem to be balanced around the assumption that you find HL2 on the highest difficulty too easy. Gmod defaults to medium based on Striders taking 5 rockets to kill, so it might just be that, though)
It still works for npcs but when i take damage the pain sounds from the addon no longer play, Death sounds for the player still work tho.
