use roblox's acs engine health system for it too, like from minor pain to extreme pain, stable to critical condition, health, possibly thrist or hunger, etc, it seems like you really got inspired by acs in this one. This is unlikely you do but add begotten 3 features, like a surgery system for gunshot wounds, but make it disabled by default because it would be annoying, you can also do surgery on yourself or have a player to do it for you, and this is also unlikely but a npc can auto try to, surgerys on yourself obviously comes with risk, and also with a infection system, you can also add gashes, which are basically cuts or whatever but with slower bleeding, and how about make mangled verisons for limbs (also inspired by begotten 3, and its worse then destroyed or fractured) when the limb hp gets below 25% or 12%, if the head is mangled, have a extreme headbob (by that i mean extreme shaking or whatever) if arms is mangled the mouse trys extremely hard to disrupt your aim and try and go around where your trying to shoot at. and has greatly increased injury chance (bleeding, fracturing, etc.) and if the legs are mangled (no matter which leg same goes with arms) you can only crouch-walk and is greatly increased injury chance. also add slow regen hp and burns that stop limbs from regenerating. ik you likely wont be able to do 90% of this but at least try to make a watered down variant of it or somethin, idc if u do this or not but just sayin.

Would it be possible to add a feature for the med items to replace the default HL2 medkits and vials. ARCCW Med shot has a feature like this that works fine. For me I play single player a lot more and with this system having it replace the default Medkits and health items from this mod that pop in would help a lot without me having to spawn them in manually which would take away from the realism of it. You wouldn't have to worry about a carry system because there are tons of inventory mods out there that we could use to carry whatever we find throughout our playthroughs. On top of this having it to where when you kill certain combines they drop certain armor parts. Like a combine metrocop could very rarely drop a light helmet or a assault chest piece. There hasn't been a mod from my recollection that does that and you could be the first. If you do this then you would need to make it to where you could also spawn the ARCCW medshots + whatever item you decide to replace a med vial for.

I am a little dumb because you've made it to where no matter what you get healed with like just with a normal med-kit from HL2 it still fixes any injuries you have. So it does kinda work for single player mod playthroughs right now but I would still recommend you try to incorporate the med items replacing the med-kit and health vial, especially having combine drop at a random chance certain armor pieces. It would just make it to where yk it makes the mod more special because it has this unique feature. Id recommend looking at the ARCCW medshot code to get a better idea but you would know more of the right steps to take if you do go into making it. What about limb health regeneration? Could be off or really slow by default so first aid must be used and fractures and bleeding could stop the regen.

Perhaps dismemberment, where if a limb is damaged too much after it hits 0 health, it breaks off. And if that's added, a feature in the entities that allows the player to get their limb(s) back
